If you’re planning a trekking trip to Nepal, it’s important to know about the best seasons for trekking. Nepal has four distinct seasons, and the optimal times for the Everest View Trek align closely with those for the Everest Base Camp Trek.
The best trekking seasons in Nepal are generally influenced by the arrival of summer, which brings the monsoon. Most hikers prefer to visit during the spring season, from February to April. This period features blooming wildflowers and comfortable temperatures, making it an ideal time for trekking.
The autumn season, spanning from the last week of August through November, is arguably the best time for crisp days and clear mountain views.
You can also embark on this adventure during winter, from the last week of December to the first week of February. Please note that the trekking times mentioned below are approximate and should be considered as general guidelines. You are encouraged to travel at your own pace during the trek.
We highly recommend arriving in Kathmandu at least one day before your scheduled itinerary begins. This will allow you to meet with our trekking crew and learn more about the planned activities. Additionally, extending your stay in Kathmandu by a day or two after the tour will offer you a more flexible schedule, allowing you to explore without any worries.
Please keep in mind that the domestic flight from Kathmandu to Lukla may be delayed or canceled due to poor weather conditions.
