How Everest View Trek Difficulty
If you have past trekking experience, it is not a requirement for our Everest View Trek, and most travelers in reasonable health will be able to complete this itinerary without serious difficulty. However, this trek does reach a maximum altitude of approximately 3,700 meters, where it’s possible to experience symptoms of altitude sickness. For this reason, you should be in good health and physical fitness before embarking upon the trek. Walking, running, and other forms of cardiovascular exercise are great ways to prepare for the opportunity to visit the high-altitude Khumbu region. What is the Best Time of Year for the Everest View Trek?

We also highly recommend arriving in Kathmandu at least one day before your scheduled itinerary stats; this will allow you to meet with our trekking crews in advance to learn more about your planned activities. Staying in Kathmandu for an extra day or two at the end of the tour itinerary will also provide you with a more flexible schedule and no worries. The domestic flight between Kathmandu to Lukla can be delayed and canceled due to the poor visibility weather.
