Upon Arrival in Nepal
On arrival in Nepal at Kathmandu Tribhuvan International airport, our airport representative will receive you with a warm welcome with garland / Khada (Buddhist ceremonial silk scarf) and then transfer to your respective hotel. Afternoon or evening time we will review and discuss with much information regarding your trip itinerary and included/excluded services as per the trip itinerary.
Passport & Visa
All foreign nationals, except Indian citizens, need visas to enter Nepal. Nepalese visas can be obtained from the Nepalese Embassy or consulate in your home country or it can also be obtained at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu upon your arrival. Most of our guests take Nepal Visa after they arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport. To get a Nepalese visa you should bring a valid passport and two passport size photos.

Visa Extension
Tourist visa extension is done for a minimum of 15 days with USD 45 and USD 3 per day for additional days. In the case of delay less than 150 days additional USD 5 per day as of late fine.
Tourists can stay for a maximum of 150 days in a visa year (Jan 1 to Dec 31).

Accommodation and meals in Kathmandu and Tours
We provide 3*** stars tourist standard hotels in Kathmandu including breakfast and also a 3-star hotel in Chitwan national park included full board meals. We can have a tent cottage during the Trisuli River rafting included full board meals. In Nagarkot, we provide a 3-star hotel included breakfast all the accommodation based on twin sharing basis. If you are touring in groups joining a basis, you will share a room with someone of the same gender from our group. If you prefer a single room supplement in Kathmandu and during the tour part, you require paying the single supplementary cost.

Re-Charging Batteries of Electronic Items on The Tour
We can recharge your batteries, devices with electricity or solar power sources. In Nepal 220 240 volts 50 MHZ (50 Cycles per Second) power is supplied. Just need to have a plug adaptor in case of socket fitting, which you can buy in Kathmandu before the trip since the plugs in Nepal might be different. You might have to pay a small amount of fee/hour for using recharging facilities.
